DI provided Quality Assurance Support and strategic QA Management consulting to the P3 Concessionaire's on-site team for this 1.4-mile new roadway in San Francisco leading to the north-bound lanes of the Golden Gate Bridge. Scope of the 1.4 mile new roadway included tunnels, high-viaducts and on-grade roadway through the historic Presidio Park. This was one of the first performance-based P3 projects in the U.S.
