The New Long Beach Civic Center

Throughout design and construction, DI provided Independent Quality Management for the New Long Beach Civic Center project for Plenary Edgemoor Civic Partners, utilizing the performance-based P3 delivery method. Scope of the new $357 million campus includes a 268,000 square foot new City Hall, a 232,000 square foot new headquarters for the Port of Long Beach, a 93,500 square foot new library and revitalization of Lincoln Park. Phase 1 was recently completed on June 26, 2019.  The project is targeting LEED Gold Certification.
