DI provided owner representation throughout design and pre-construction of the $2.5-Billion New Century Plaza development at 2025 Avenue of the Stars in Los Angeles. The scope of this landmark project includes two 46-story luxury high-rise residential towers, along with complete renovation of the historic Century Plaza Hotel, including 63 hotel condominiums, as well as 93,000 square feet of commercial space with open space amenities including plazas, water features, and landscaped courtyards. Construction is in progress.
