DI provided project management and construction quality control oversight in conjunction with VT Griffin.

Scope of the project included complete facility revitalization of 5 office buildings, including main Armory and

extensive property site work with focus on ensuring conformance to US Army Corps of Engineers QCM and

QA program.  Project was completed in 2005 with construction budget of $40 million.
